Dieser Teil der vorliegenden Norm gilt für Prüfung von Prüfmaschinen, die für Zeitstand-Zugversuche mit einachsiger Beanspruchung nach ISO 204 verwendet werden. Die Prüfung besteht aus einer allgemeinen Untersuchung der Prüfmaschine und einer Prüfung der durch die Prüfmaschine erzeugten Kraft. Diese Norm gilt für die Zeitstandprüfmaschinen mit direkter Gewichtsbelastung und für solche Hebelübersetzung. Prüfmaschinen mit einem Kraftmeßsystem müssen nach ISO 7500-1 geprüft werden.
