Diese Norm führt die Anforderungen und Prüfmethoden für massive ebene extrudierte Tafeln aus Polyethylen hoher Dichte (PE-HD) ohne Füll- und Verstärkungsstoffe einzeln auf. Diese Norm gilt nur für Tafeldicken von 0,5 mm bis 50,0 mm. Diese Norm kann auch auf extrudierte Bahnen angewendet werden. Weiters werden in der Norm die Anforderungen an den Werkstoff, den Lieferzustand, die Grenzabmaße und die Eigenschaften sowie die Prüfungen beschrieben.
