ÖVE EN 130100

This European Standard specifies requirements for fixed capacitors for direct current, with electrodes of thin metalfoils and a polyethylene-terephthalate film dielectric. It specifies preferred ratings and characteristics and selects from EN 130000 the appropriate quality assessment procedures, tests and measuring methods and gives general performance requirements for this type of capacitor. Capacitors for direct connection to the supply mains to provide radio interference suppression are not included.
