Auflistungen von Beschränkungen unterliegenden Chemikalien enthalten viele Stoffe, die für die Leder-industrie keine Bedeutung haben. Die in diesem Dokument nicht genannten chemischen Stoffe brauchen nicht bestimmt werden, wodurch sich unnötige Analysekosten vermeiden lassen.
