Dieser Teil der IEC 62282, eine Technische Spezifikation, legt zum Zweck der Prüfung des Leistungsverhaltens von SOFC-Zellen-/Stack-Einbaueinheiten, Mess- und Prüfverfahren, Prüfsysteme und Messgeräte fest. Diese Technische Spezifikation gilt nicht für kleine Knopfzellen, die für SOFC-Materialprüfungen gedacht sind,und legt keine praktischen Mittel für die Messung der Brennstoffnutzung fest. Diese Technische Spezifikation ist für den Datenaustausch bei kommerziellen Transaktionen zwischen den Herstellern von Zellen/Stacks und Systementwicklern oder für die Datenbeschaffung für eine Zelle oder einen Stack zu verwenden, um das Leistungsverhalten eines darauf aufgebauten Systems abzuschätzen. Anwender dieser Technischen Spezifikation können aus den hier dargestellten Prüfungen diejenigen auswählen, die für ihre Zwecke geeignet sind.
