Es wird die Messung der Schalldämmung (Einfügungsdämm-Maß) von bereits aufgestellten Schallschutzkapseln vor Ort festgelegt. Es wird ein Verfahren unter Verwendung der gekapselten Maschine als Schallquelle und ein Verfahren mit einer Ersatzquelle beschrieben. Die Schalldämmung wird als Schallleistungs- oder Schalldruckminderung bestimmt. Das Dokument gilt nur für vollständige Kapseln (nicht für Kapselteile).
