Behandelt ist die Kalibrierung von meßtechnischen Eigenschaften der Tastschnittgeräte zur Messung von Oberflächen nach dem Tastschnittverfahren nach ISO 3274. Die Kalibrierung ist mit Hilfe von Normalen durchzuführen. Anhang B dieser Internationalen Norm gilt für die Kalibrierung von meßtechnischen Eigenschaften der Sekundärmeßgeräte, die mit der ISO 3274 nicht übereinstimmen.
